I'm glad to see Pinkie in this. Freakshow.....eh, not so much. But as far as "large deathmatch guys" go, he's better than some. I have seen him take some pretty crazy (or reckless) bumps. As for Toby Klein, from what I've heard, the reason he didn't show up at Carnage Cup was because he refused to do lighttubes. Last time I saw him in person was at the JC Memorial show last year and he wasn't in the best shape. As for Eddy, I might be wrong about this, but outside of popping up at shows in Canada from time to time, I think he's pretty much all but done with wrestling. Even if he is still around, I doubt he still does death matches. He is NOT done with wrestling. I just seen his name in the most awkward of places, on a recent DDT Dramatic Fantasia match list. It was this week's episode. He faced Isami Kodaka for the DDT Extreme title. DDT “BEER FIGHT 2011 ~ UNION DAY”, 08/07/11 Shin-Kiba 1st RING 1. Hiro Tsumaki Vs X 2. Sanshiro Takagi, Shigehiro Irie & Takao Soma Vs Yoshiaki Yago, Kengo Ohka & Madoka 3. Rock & Roll Deathmatch: Big Morohashi Vs A.YAZAWA Vs Hiroya Fukuda 4. Ken Ohka Vs Taichi 5. Shuji Ishikawa Vs Cherry 6. DDT Extreme Title: Isami Kodaka (c) Vs Sexxxy Eddy

I'm also one of the few who enjoys Freakshow. His run at the 2007 KOTDM was pretty impressive.

Just thinking of Sexxxy Eddy in DDT makes me laugh. A match between him and Danshoku Dino would certainly be entertaining...or disgusting.

Eddy can certainly pull off comedy, without it seeming forced and 'wacky'. I'd watch that

I had heard Sexxxy Eddy was taking a break from Death Matches through the end of the year.

Fans we regret to inform you that we just found out that during the CZW's Tangled Web 4 this past weekend Scotty Vortex has suffered a severe injury to his hand. He will require surgery and will be out of action for 3 months while he recovers. He has been forced to pull out of KOTDM 2011. Please keep him in your prayers. Scotty we at IWA-MS wish you a speedy recovery. We are working on a replacement and will let everyone know as soon as possible.

How did Eddy end up in DDT i never expected that and i loved the new additions i like Freakshow too Jonathon Gresham did a recent tour of DDT too. With the ultra popularity of Kenny Omega, DDT has been experimenting with more gajins lately. I assumed Scotty was going to have to pull out. it was a horrible injury.

There's nothing anything the naysayers can say about that. I heard that was a hell of a match at Tangled Web.

Anyone else notice that some of the better KODM shows were the ones that had the better non-tourney matches? Any idea if we can expect some non-tourney matches from this one?

Anyone else notice that some of the better KODM shows were the ones that had the better non-tourney matches? Any idea if we can expect some non-tourney matches from this one? I was thinking the same thing, remember the Drake vs. Sabu Table Match build-up last year....That was a match I would have loved to see and I'm sure the clock is ticking for Sabu and doing high risk. I know there was some talk about ladder matches or something not as hardcore as a deathmatch stip. How about having something like that as a non-tourney match? Would absolutely love to see Sami on this show, it's been way too long since I seen Sami in the ring. Even if it's not in the tourney, just having him there would be great! Also would love to see Danny Havoc and Dysfunction in the tourney. Danny Havoc for obvious reasons and Dys because he never gets the recognition for all the Death Matches he's done. He's about due for a win.

oh, I almost forgot.
What about DINGO!?! He needs to come back.
Not in a tournament way, but a non-tourney match would be great.
