so ...tpi is not happening? anyone able to confirm that, i dont have facebook/twitter so i dont stay glued to it like most people. I never use either, so this was the first I had heard of it too. Though I would question some of the comments under that story on 411mania. If Karma even exists (hint: It doesn't) then what did every other person who has ever gotten cancer, do to deserve getting it exactly? Also what about all the 'bad' people who didn't get cancer, it seems kind of random right?

Definitely tough to hear considering all the momentum IWA was building going into TPI. I hope everything turns out ok and that IWA will return once again some day.

I hope Ian recovers soon and comes back with a great show. I was reading different wrestling message board and I just couldn't believe the lack of sympathy and just pure hatred of some of these people. Some of them are actually saying that Ian deserved this. What kind of evil human being do you have to be to actually rejoice over something like that. They all talk about how Ian screwed the workers and how he didn't pay them. Well I've been around wrestling for 25 years and I've been following IWA since 2001 and I can tell you right now that some of these workers are now in the WWE because of Ian and the opportunity and exposure that they got in IWA.
And if they are not in WWE, they are in ROH, PWG, Dragon Gate and other famous Indy promotions. Ian did a lot for this sport. I wish I had a chance to work with Ian and get involved in IWA more than just a fan but due to some political bull shit or whatever it never happened. But I'm not gonna seat here and judge Ian as a person. Its a terrible thing what happened to Ian and we need to pray for him and his health. The hataz are gonna hate no matter what, its just our society is getting sickening when people wish death upon someone they don't even know in real life. People need to realize that when they die, God will judge them, same way they judge others while on this earth. No one is better than anyone. We are all fallen and we are all under God's mercy and I guarantee you that you will not make it to heaven when you wish cancer upon another human being.
Some of these wrestling fans are saying Ian is a victim of Karma. Well I guarantee you that when you wish death upon someone else, you the one that should be worried about Karma, dear fan. So think twice before you take joy in other people's suffering.
Peace

I'd be interested to hear what there people think Rollin' Hard did to deserve cancer too, and why Hitler never got cancer for example.
As little as I know about Rollin' Hard, I can't see him as someone who would have openly annoyed a lot of people.

So think twice before you take joy in other people's suffering. Peace Well said Shotgun Yan. Paul Heyman is a very good example, he screwed most of the ECW wrestlers on pay. There is a late Chicago promoter who had threatened a good friend of mine so admittedly I can see why it's hard to let things like this go. However I didn't wish death nor suffering upon him. It's silly that a wrestler who had a gimmick against this promoter was friends with him in real life, even trying to raise money to pay for his tombstone, but who am I to judge anyone.

I think TPI is cursed. Since 2009 it always gets canceled. Oh well, can't be selfish in this case. Get well soon Ian.

I apologize, this thing took me a little more strongly than I thought it was going to but I have had problems with the airlines refunding my money. We have started the refund process for people. If you've sent e-mails to Patti's e-mail address, she hardly uses that address anymore. Please contact me at my personal e-mail address, IanRottenIWA@gmail.com and we will take care of you. I appreciate your patience, looking forward to hearing from you. If anyone else has a problem, this is the easiest way to contact me, or through my Facebook account, which is under my real name, John Williams. Like I said, once again I apologize but this has been a little harder on me than I expected to get this situation taken care of.
