Not to be rude or anything but a jobber match? It's the indies. A lot of matches would constitute as being a jobber match. You've gotta be a little more specific than that, localyocal. lol

It was nearly impossible to hear the ring intros while the music was going. Big Pappa of NGW fame went over someone-didnt catch the name. 4 way lightheavyweight match with Jonathan Napier from GAW, Somebody Cain I think, and 2 others-again didn't catch names. Cain won that one-it has it's good and it's bad moments. Marcus Crane came out to challenge anyone that had the balls to meet him in the ring, and surprise #1 came out in the form of the one and only Necro Butcher! Necro lit up Crane with numerous chops and stiff punches for several minutes before finishing him with the Asianic Spike. I may be missing something or things may be out of order because I was trying to pay attention to alot of things at once, but Ian Rotten came out to cut a promo...and it was a most interesting one at that. He made it public knowledge, (I already knew the following but never said it on here), that HE indeed was the one that booked KoTDM 2011 and November Pain and asked if we thought Vince Jones and Mike Miller could book shows like that...lol...he called them a name like morons or buffoons or something along them lines..lol...the went on to say that Joey Grunge made the best choice in his life by having Ian book for MW, but the worst in his life by saying to get creditbility with the boys the he had to beat Ian, and then pointed then proceeded to point to me and tell everyone that I questioned his ability to "hang" with guys like Grunge anymore. Considering the facts that he and Axl were beaten in an I Quit Barbedwire match by the Hooligans, he was unable to get the belt away from Dingo-even in deathmatches, his upset loss to Ryan Phoenix, and his 1st round out at the hands of the late JC Bailey in the 2010 KoTDM-I figured it was a legit question. He then pointed to me and said,"What happens to Joey Grunge is all YOUR fault." The match followed seeing a suplex IN the bleachers, a nasty chair shot from Ian, a staplegun using the long staples, a pair of scissors, and a finish that saw Joey Grunge take a beautiful fireball in the face. (I love seeing fireballs, he wasn't the only one in the building that likes to play with fire.) Intermission. Match after intermission no one was paying attention to-it was kinda blah. Then out came Konga Kong and then Corp, this one went all over the building, Kong took Corp out to the floor in front of some Juggalos, stared one in the eye-he was frozen to his seat, and opened Corp up on some chairs. The finish saw the big man taking a Boot Camp and Corp scoring the pin. Then came the main event. 3-way scramble for the CZW Title. Cain, (the winner of the 4-way), IWA-MS lightheavyweight champion Bucky Collins-if Bucky was pinned he would lose the title, and CZW champion Scotty Vortex. In an action packed match, the finish comes when Vortex is thrown to the floor, Bucky goes to pin Cain, at the 2 count, Ian Rotten comes out to the ring, drags referee Robbie McCann to the floor, runs him head first into the ringpost, distracting Collins enough for Cain to gain the advantage-can't remember how-gain a cover and Ian, dawning a referee shirt, counts the fall thus crowning a new IWA-MS World Lightheavyweight Champion. Ian proceeds to attack Collins, wedging a ghair between the top and middle ropes, and throwing Collins into it, opening Bucky's head. Joey Grunge then comes out to try to save Collins only to be stopped by none other then Corp. With Collins and the ref both down, Vortex already in the back, Rotten, Cain, and Corpproceed to beat on Grunge, the out of nowhere a beer bottle breaks against the wall, and standing there-surprise#2-is non other than the man who replaced Joey Grunge as the GAW tag champs with Ian Rotten, a man who upset Ian Rotten, and hometown boy whom it took 5 guys to get the Lightheavyweight title off of, Ryan Phoenix. He has a huge smile on his face, as he eyes Ian, waves and says "Hi Ian". He proceeds to enter the ring, which sees Ian, Cain, and Corp all powder out to the floor. Phoenix wanted to go then and there...even kicked a chair out of the ring to the floor towards the three. Ian cut a promo about family, then Grunge got the mic, sayin lets talk about family...on Friday, April 13th, in Bellevue, at IndyMania, it will be Ian Rotten and Corp versus Joey Grunge....and AXL ROTTEN! It is being said that it will be the bestshow in Illinois and the BIGGEST show in Illinois! Don't miss out!

'Biggest and best' indy show in illinois is quite a bold statement.. Also, unless it's a piece of an angle, don't really care for Ian making those comments toward our new owners - especially at a show that IWA-MS Was somehow in conjuction with. I like Ian, but not so much right there. Let's get back to just mid-south shows -

Looks like they might be setting up for a IWA-MW vs IWA-MS feud.

Let's get back to just mid-south shows - Especially seeing as one of the three owners, openly said on the forum that they wouldn't be turning up unless they heard more from Grunge. Makes me think that even the owners weren't at least partly in on this IWA:MW 'deal'. If that is the case, then yeah, kind of shitty.

Markus Crane helped fill in the blanks so here's the full card results ---
IWA Midwest/Mid-South Wrestling results from Bellevue, IL on 3/2 --
*Big Pappa d. Jamie Eternal *Oliver Cain d. Jonathan Napier, Johnny Wisdom & Brandon Espinosa (fatal four-way elim) *Nerco Butcher d. Markus Crane *Ian Rotten d. Joey Grunge in a ultra hardcore match *Jack Thriller d. Adam Bueller *Corporal Robinson d. Konga Kong *Oliver Cain d. Bucky Collins & CZW World Champ Scotty Vortex to win the IWA-MS Light Heavyweight title
Draw was counted at 33. I wasn't able to attend due to a late departure from work and NBS Award cramming.
>'Biggest and best' indy show in illinois is quite a bold statement.
Well Joey Grunge has a long way to go before he's the level of a promoter that Jay Repsel is...

I thought it was a decent show. I must say that I am very confused about the relationship between IWA Mid South and Mid West at this point. Necro Butcher making a surprise appearance was definitely awesome as I had never seen him live before. The Rotten/Grunge match was pretty sick and Ian definitely said some interesting things. It was definitely cool seeing Corp back in action and the ending of the event has made me intrigued to what IWA MW will bring on the 13th.

Thanks for the assist in the results dept. Crimefighter. I like the fact that things aren't as clear as far as MS and MW go. Things for the 13th should be interesting, and yes saying IndyMania will be the biggest and best show in Illinois is a very bold statement-Grunge has put his young rep as a promoter on the line early. As Gorilla Monsoon would say..."Only time will tell."

He just drew 33 whole people. How could the next show not be the best ever?
