As many of you may know, IWA Mid West is holding it's first ever death match tournament this year, "Kings of Carnage". This is a one night, 8 man tournament. The first 4 entrants into this tournament are Devon Moore, MASADA, Matt Tremont and Sexxxy Eddie. Ringside seats are $20, general admission is a mere $15, and tickets are on sale now! If you want to sit front row, there is only 45 of those tickets available due to the size of Bellevue. The paypal address for anyone wanting to purchase theirs now is godsmacked1@aol.com.

I was just discussing IWA on a white sox message board i go to and decided to see if you guys are back at it! Great to see a Death match tourney and IWA wrestling coming up in a few months. I should find work by then and will do all I can to make it with the old cannons crew and/or some new people....Once I start working I'm gonna be saving up to train so it'll be nice to see what some of the new guys have to offer to see what I gotta live up to lol

We have decided for those traveling to this that we will have an 8 PM belltime. This gives everyone a chance to make the show.

I asked that in two other locations, and have yet to get an answer from weeks back now, so don;t expect one any time soon, because I doubt even THEY know.
Gives you that ever present faith in the company huh?

Sadly huh? I kind of want to, it's not like I hate or even dislike IWA, just it seems to constantly make me feel like a sort of *shrug* you know like a disappointing parent. It's not like your kid went out and murdered someone, but you found he stole a packet of biscuits from an old man, you just feel kind of like shaking your head and wishing things were better, and that they would stop lying to you about stuff.

i honestly wish the "family" as in workers/owners that are still on the diehard kick of keeping iwa alive would pool themselves together and find somewhere else to make their talents a mainstay and contribute to the healthy portion of the mostly dieing indy scene, instead of contributing to the severely dieing since 2009 iwa ms, or ds whatever you wanna call it now.
i get it, you can put on 110% awesdome hard working shows now, with shit casts and last minute changes and call in favors. but ressurecting the past dead project of IWA just isn't smart anymore. throw in the complete towel, and focus your efforts to helping out another idny fed that would notice your help and effort. instead of losing 90% of your fan base, and relaying ALL your messages through misty.
now i've never met misty, only through her perseverance (sp?) on this site, which is a great effort to help get the product out there. but you can only beat a cow so much before it stops giving milk. i wish misty would put her focus towards some other iny fed that could also be worth the time, and has a well more established base.
lets face it, iwa's current only clame to fame....is history...as in whats in the past is their greatest acomplishments and always will be.
/rant off.... and a side note i would've started a new threat for this, but i actually figure someone will pull it off and consider it bashing before that happens.
kick him .signing off

I agree with your rant, and it should not be taken as a slight against anyone former or present with IWA-MS. I don't agree that there is anything worth resurrecting in the so-called indy scene. They are saturated with CM Spunk / WWE marks who make going to local shows unbearable.
Asking IWA-MS for closure may be asking too much...

since this hasn't made it here yet...
Taken from Ian Rotten's fb page:
As much as I would love to pull the November 30th Kings of Carnage off, I regret that I will not be able to. After informing the person who was financially backing the show, when asked, of the ticket presales, he decided to pull out of funding the show as he felt the financial losses would be very hard to make up. I am currently working 2 full time jobs and will be financing this show myself come March as a 2 day tournament with 16 men. I believe once people see the line up and concept that I've come up with, they will want to attend this 2 day event. For the people that DID buy tickets to the show, if you want to still come to the show I am going to honor what's already been purchased and give you the second night ticket for free... on top of that, when its ready, you will receive a copy of the show when it is available on DVD. I know it's close, but I've tried everything I could to save it, including trying to find additional backers. Also, I am hoping that a couple of the people I couldn't get for the 30th, I am able to get for March.
