Thanks for the cut and paste thing Biss. I think we can agree that this was a dvd worthy show. Smartmarkvideo and all that.
Show Notes: By winning their respective matches, Skylar Skelly and Sara Del Rey have earned the final two spots in the 2008 Lone Star Classic to be held in Austin on December 13.
By winning his match, "One Man" Mike Dell has earned a title shot at new champion Jimmy Jacobs on November 16th at the Venue in San Antonio.
After his match with Young Guns Champion Gary Jay, Pierre Abernathy revealed that on that November 16th show, Gary Jay will be defending his title against The Submission Squad's Nick Tyson who makes his return to wrestling in an ACW ring following a recent retirement.
The following night, November 17th, ACW will present the second "Showtime's Birthday Bash" at Hooligan's on I-35 north at 1604 in Live Oak. This will be a free show and will feature many ACW favorites including new champion Jimmy Jacobs and Jerry Lynn.
The ACW hardcore title was vacated as champion Rexx Reed was unavailable to defend the title.
ACW wrestler Spiro will be undergoing surgery on Wednesday on an injured knee. With luck Spiro will be back in the ring soon.
JT LaMotta is leaving soon for a second tour of Japan and promises to return with the new skills and tactics necessary to win the ACW title from whomever is champion when he returns.

I cannot speak for anyone but myself, but I don't think the point of this thread is about the virtues of ACW or the recent tribulations of IWA-MS. My intent was to encourage discussion on the irony of Jimmy Jacobs holding a belt from an IWA promotion. I never heard the full story of how Jacobs disrespected the IWA-MS belt. Perhaps someone could give me a history lesson. As for Jacobs in IWA-Texas, Jimmy has been announced for the next 3 shows so hopefully we won't have to worry right away. If Jacobs survives 2 title defenses leading into the 2008 Lone Star Classic, the belt will be on the line throughout that tournament. If Jacobs is still the champion at the end of all that I will sing his praises regardless of what happened with the IWA-MS belt.

I dont think theres a need to worry, since he's working for a company thats worth a damn Funny how I hadn't heard anything about ACW until I started watching IWA MS. Anarchy championship Wrestling had a preview show i believe in December '06 and had its first official show in January '07 i believe (with ian and mickie on it) then IWA had their show in san antonio that april.... so it is hard to hear of a company before it exists.
