I wasn't mad at it at all.. the soda was a buck, and I just threw it away and got another one when the show was over... but Yan, when someone is thirsty and they buy a drink, they're not gonna guzzle it as fast as they can thinking "I need to drink this before the tube match!" I mean it's just not something most people actually think about. Common sense or not. And I wasn't worried about lawsuits. I was just implying that if something were to happen IF there were lighttubes for the sake of lighttubes, people are gonna give everyone involved shit. Especially those who already requested less of them. Personally, I could care less. It wasn't a big deal to ME. I had a ball. But I care about the company, and I care about them building a fresh, clean reputation. The new owners don't need the stigma of an asshole fan somehow hurt at their FIRST show. That's allllll I'm saying. I remember at KOTCM 2 Skullz had just bought a Mountain Dew, and about 2 minutes after he opened, Sami Callihan grabbed it and dumped it all over NDC. "Sami, I JUST bought that!" Anyway, sitting in the front row at KOTDM is definitely something you need to be ready for. I've never gotten bled on, mostly because I run like hell whenever they come near me. I've gotten glass pieces on my head/legs, and thumbtacks in the bottoms of my shoes, but that's all. If you sit in the front row, don't expect a relaxing time where you can sit back and enjoy the show. You need to always be aware of when a light tube is going to break, or when someone might get thrown into your lap. If you want to chill out, pay general admission and sit in the bleachers. You can often see better up there anyway. (bleachers is no guarantee you're safe either, though!!)

Haha!! As far as the goggles thing, I just wanna say that I don't think it's a big deal whether you wear them or not. No one cares what Yan thinks hahahahahaha! I don't think it's disrespectful at all. I will not be in the front row, I will be in either concessions or merch... which still doesn't guarantee safety, but is a lot safer than the front row

Front row is fun, just got to be on edge at all times and know when to move. Also be sure to keep any food or beverages away from the wrestlers if you actually want to enjoy it Wear goggles if it makes you feel better, I really don't care. I don't think it's really disrespectful, but isn't going to win you any friends there either IMO.

Imagine all fans wearing goggles at KOD. Better yet imagine the new owners handing out goggles to each fan as they enter the building. Now imagine a big thread on czwfans the next night LOL

Give the belt to Hayme!!!! lol Anyway i've been attending shows with death matches since 1998 and have never been cut up or seen anybody get it to bad... i've left with tacks in my shoes but that's about as far as it goes... if you got health conditions then i sorta understand the mask thing... but that's it. But oh well... do what you gotta do!

Now imagine a big thread on czwfans the next night LOL I don't remember where it was, but there was a company that did hand out safety goggles to the front row fans, for their protection. I want to say it was AIW when they did a fans bring the weapons match, but I'm not sure. It's 2011 and people are sue happy.

Masada vs Tremont Barbwire Board, Tai Pai, Sandpaper Kickpads
ok, it's true that it happened in CZW but was a throw away match there, with this stips should be a great match and I'm all for it.
Freakshow vs Chuey Martinez Home Run Derby
some sick stuff may happen... but I just see this getting messy, hope they keep it simple.
Rory Mondo vs Spider Nate Webb 4 Corners of Pain with TLC 1 table in each corner
ok, I understand the historic thing but trying to remember mondo via little mondo is going to fail everytime, he is very un-atletic and un-cordinated and ve a rusted Nate it can go wrong. I'm sure Mondo will do some cool bumps, but in general it won't be much I think, hopefully Nate advances to face Pinkie on round 2.
Corporal Robinson vs Dysfunction Caribbean Spider Web Glass
good first round match, should be good to great.
Devon Moore vs Markus Crane Hardcore Aerial Assault
don't know what the gimmick means, but from what I remember Crane is not that chained of a light heavy weight which is what I would prefer vs Devon, still I'll wait and see, hopefully he can surprise me.
Drake Younger vs Neil Diamond Cutter Fans Bring The Weapons
I was hoping to get Drake vs BJ Whitmer on night 2, may still get it, but don't think NDC is the best guy to go against Drake still they could do good stuff.
Non Tournament Matchup Light Heavyweight Championship Title Match Jason Stryfe vs Christian Hayme
can be great to star the show

Devon Moore vs Markus Crane Hardcore Aerial Assault Drake Younger vs Neil Diamond Cutter Fans Bring The Weapons Non Tournament Matchup Light Heavyweight Championship Title Match Jason Stryfe vs Christian Hayme All three of these matches sound awesome! Hayme's been on quite a roll recently so I would really like seeing him win the Light Heavyweight title. We all know what kind of a beating NDC is willing to take and what kind of a beating Drake is willing to dish out. As for the Moore/Crane match, this is exactly what this tournament needs. This is the kind of a match in which Moore can really shine and do what he does best (jumping off things) and Crane should be able to hang with that. As for the discussion about Carnage Cup and TOD, I was at both shows and I will definitely agree that CC was the better of the two. But at the same time, I wouldn't go so far as to say CC was great. For one thing, parts of the show seemed "thrown together" and that stemmed from things that were beyond anyone's control (workers getting pulled from the show, workers not making the show, last minute replacements and Danny Havoc getting injured). Then of course, there was the whole "stabbing" incident which over-shadowed anything that was good about the show. I won't say that I disliked the show, but for me personally, more things just didn't "click" then did. That's just my opinion.

I can think of one person that would wear goggles during a death match, Justin Beaver.
